Jmotors agency is not a car exporter and doesn’t own the cars advertized on jmotorsjapan.com.
We are an agency and consulting bureau which offres all kind of services in relation with the performance car export
business.
Our agents and partners are all established professionels in the automobile business in japan and oversea. Our aim is to
offre a transparent and fair service to oversea customers, who most of the time are lost infront of the difficult task to buy
quality cars from japan, safe and transparent . . . . . We believe that the japanese automobile market has many quality
dealers, who wish to do business with oversea customers and reverse. Sadly the japanese export market is overshadowed
by unfair traders and export-importers, who hunt every customer down with so called (unlreal) bargains, and very bad

The steps to buy your dream car through us . . . . .
1) Getting in touch:
DThe first step is a very important one, as it sets the state of mind, two sides will work together on a deal. Please send us
an email using our various email adresses for specific requests. We invite you to be as specifiic as possible in your email,
so that we can know what car and service you are after. We would be very happy if you provide us with your personal
informations as well, like this we can create a better profile for you, in order to anticipate your needs at best level.

2) Choosing a car:
Once you have made contact with us and told us what you are looking after, we will offre you various cars that might
interest you. We will send you multiple pictures and specs by email. Note that we only do this type of service for customers
that are really interested in purchasing a car through us and have provided us with their personal informations and detailed
requests, in order to let grow trust on both sides. We provide you with the real japanses dealer price and no fake pricing!

3) Setting final conditions and prices:
When our customer has the determination to purchase a certain car through us, we will provide a final condition.
After we have discussed a possible price lowering with our partner dealer, we will calculate a final complete price
including the final dealer price of the car, local export fees (for FOB delivery), our service price and provide you with
a price quote from Schenker Gmbh. , as well all contact informations you need to get in touch with the shipper!
All this will be done by an Invoice , sent by email to you.
After we have discussed a possible price lowering with our partner dealer, we will calculate a final complete price
including the final dealer price of the car, local export fees (for FOB delivery), our service price and provide you with
a price quote from Schenker Gmbh. , as well all contact informations you need to get in touch with the shipper!
All this will be done by an Invoice , sent by email to you.
4) Money transfer:
Most peoples have concerns to send big amounts of money far away to other countries. We fully understand this issue and
provide our customers with full transparent information about “how to do a money transaction to japan”. As we will provide
you with all our agency informations, as well as our legal bank informations, your money will be totally retracable from your
country to japan. Once our bank agent confirms us that your money transfer was succesfull, we will quick contact you by phone
and email. (as we know that the time your money is underway to japan, our customers are waiting for a confirmation).
The same day, we get the confirmation from our bank, we issue a detailed declaration, (a decleration in wich jmotors declares
having recieved X-amount of money from you, for X-car purchase&services), and send it to your home adresse by postal mail.

us.

5) Investement management:
Next important step is your investement management, one of our major services we offre. We will transfer the right part of the
amount you have sent us, to the dealer in question. This usually takes 2-3 days and the dealer will issue a declaration of
payment, that they recieved your money, through Jmotors. That declaration will be issued in english and we will send
temporarly a copy of that declaration to you.
The other part left of the amount you have send us, is for our service and will send a bill for that amount to you after.

6) Vehicle export clearance and additional services:
Form the moment the dealer has recieved the amount for the car in question, they will procede to export procedures and dereg. of
the car at the japanese national car registration office. We will keep a close eye on the process, in order to assure that the right
documents and naming of the certficates is done properly. We will also check out if all additional servicing and possible repairs
are done perfectly.

7) Document finalization:
As mentioned in point 5) we will now gather all documents, you and the shipper will need to complete the shippement and later
import of the vehicule in to your country. The documents in question are: the export certificate of the car, a final bill/Invoice
from the dealer (including the sales price+X-services of the car), a possible JAAI certficate (if requested), jmotors bills/invoices
full in car documents (service histories, manuals ex . . . )
In case you have payed the complete shippement (+optional assurance) localy in your country, the dealer will issue (through us)
an invoice for an FOB delivery to the port and handle the BL as well.
(In case you have send the money for the shippement to japan, look the next step.)

inside the container for assurance issues. When the car is fully loaded and the ship leaves the harbour, our part of the deal ends and
we will transfer all documents from point 7) as well as the Bill of landing to you by postal mail.

process in your home countries harbour, is the shipping company. They will take contact with you a few days before the scheduled
arrival and give you instructions, about where you have to meet in order to pic up the car/ supervise the discharge of the container
or other procedures . . .
In case you have payed localy in your country, all shipping costs to the shipping company, you will have a physical partner who will
updated you anytime. Of course Jmotors will supervise the howl processing through the japanese shipping agent, so that we can help
anytime given.
